1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

Our books are delivered as instant digital downloads (PDF files).
Once the purchase is completed, you immediately receive access to the files.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

This rule applies regardless of whether the files were downloaded, opened, or used.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

We only provide refunds (or replacement files) in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted
• The download link does not work
• You received the wrong file due to a technical error on our end

If you encounter any of the above, contact us with:

• Your order number
• Email used at checkout
• Screenshot or description of the issue

We will resend the correct files or issue access again when needed.

3. Wrong Email Address Entered at Checkout

If the customer enters an incorrect email, we are not responsible for undelivered download links.

However, if you contact us with proof of purchase, we will update the email and resend the files.

4. Lost Files / Re-Download Requests

If you lose your files or accidentally delete them, we can resend them as long as:

• You provide your order number
• You verify your email address

This is a courtesy service, not a guaranteed obligation.

5. Understanding Digital Product Limitations

You are purchasing:

• A personal-use license, not a commercial license
• A PDF file, not a physical book
• Instant access, meaning no possibility of “returning” the item
